Cancellation Policy

The Cancellation Policy below applies to all products and live events sold directly on our website. It cannot be retroactively applied to previous cancellations. Note: Any products or live events sold by a 3rd party partner are subject to their Cancellation Policy.

This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. By visiting ( ) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use our site, subscribe to our service, search for a facilitator, place an order on our site, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on our site or, enter a competition, promotion or survey and when you report a problem with our site. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal description, photograph, and personal and family medical history.

ELIGIBLE CANCELLATIONS:

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

APPROVED CUSTOMER CREDITS:

You are free to use, transfer or gift the credits within one year from the date of original purchase.

DISQUALIFIED CANCELLATION:

The full amount will be donated in your honour to one of the charities we support.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ONLINE EVENTS/PROGRAMS/COURSES:

All sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No customer credit. No exceptions. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

TRANSFERS:

Transfers between events are agreed on a case-by-case basis and may incur an admin fee of £75. Please email support@starmagichealing.org for review. Requests for transfers need to be submitted 24 hours before the event begins.

EXCHANGES:

All sales are final, under our terms you are not permitted to exchange your place with another party. Any questions please email support@starmagichealing.org.

PAYMENT PLANS/DEPOSITS:

Payment plans are available for certain events by prior arrangement with Star Magic Healing. A minimum deposit of 25% or £500 whichever is the greater amount is required to secure your place.

The final balance due is to be paid, in one payment, to Star Magic Healing, no later than 3 weeks (21 days) before an online event or 5 weeks (35 days) before an in person event. Failure to clear your balance by the agreed time will result in your deposit being forfeited and your space being offered to someone else.

Deposits are not accepted for places on our Group Healing Experiences.

IN-PERSON EVENTS:

Please email your written cancellation notice to support@starmagichealing.org for review.

2 & 3 DAY WORKSHOPS:

Cancellation received at least 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the event, a full refund will be issued less a £35 administrative fee plus international bank charges (if applicable).

No Show or Late Arrival for any reason forfeits your ticket. No refund and no customer credit

Before you attend a Star Magic Workshop you may be asked to sign and return a Non-Disclosure Agreement and/or Disclaimer. Failure to do will result in 100% cancellation fee being applied.

IN PERSON TRAINING EXPERIENCES:

Cancellation received at least 6 weeks (42 days) prior to the Training Experience, a full refund will be issued less a £75 administrative fee plus international bank charges (if applicable). Cancellation received within 6 weeks (42 days) of the Training Experience-

1) If your spot is filled, due to the Training being full, a full refund will be issued less a £75 administrative fee plus international bank charges (if applicable)
2) If your spot is not filled, due to the Training not being full, no refund and no customer credit will be given
No Show or Late Arrival for any reason forfeits your ticket. No refund and No customer credit in full or partial

Before you attend any Star Magic Facilitator Training Experience (Level 1, 2 3 or 4) Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDSAs) must be signed and returned. Failure to do will result in 100% cancellation fee being applied.

Due to Global Conditions or Travel Restrictions, if the training is ever made not possible, then Star Magic Healing will facilitate the training online and ensure that everybody is furnished with the necessary tools to facilitate healing for themselves, others and groups of people.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement and Disclaimer must be signed.

If the training is done online we will also reduce the price and refund the difference to you.

RETREATS:

Cancellation received at least 6 weeks (42 days) prior to the Retreat (Either Be Super Human 10 days or Deep in Space 5 or, 8 or 10 Days), a full refund will be issued less a £75 administrative fee plus international bank charges (if applicable). Cancellation received within 6 weeks (42 days) of the Training Experience-

1) If your spot is filled, due to the Retreat being full, a full refund will be issued less a £75 administrative fee plus international bank charges (if applicable)

2) If your spot is not filled, due to the Retreat not being full, no refund and no customer credit will be given

PRIVATE HEALINGS:

Once a Private Healing Session, Shadow Parasite Cleanse, Personal Light Code Activation, In Person Healing or In Person Shadow Parasite Cleanse (by special arrangement) or 3 or 6 month Healing Journey is booked, no refunds are given. No exceptions. Once Star Magic engages with you the Healing Process starts.

No show or Late Arrival for any reason forfeits your Private Healing Session, Shadow Parasite Cleanse, Personal Light Code Activation, In Person Healing or In Person Shadow Parasite Cleanse (by special arrangement) or 3 or 6 month Healing Journey session. No refund and no customer credit in full or partial, no make-up session and rescheduling will be given.

3 & 6 month Healing Journey Packages: Scheduling will be given are non-refundable. Once you start a 3 or 6 month healing package, you will not stop or change the dates or cancel. These packages take a lot of preparation, so once you get started, we must continue. Star Magic Healing reserves the right to accommodate a requested schedule change if deemed necessary due to the healing process unfolding during the Healing Journey (e.g the client is releasing and needs some time to process) and also reserves the right to refuse a schedule change. Circumstances will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If a schedule change is agreed and we make it then there will be no second date change under any circumstances. Star Magic Healing reserves the right to change scheduled appointment dates and times at any time.

TOURS/TRIPS:

Deposits and balances will be non-refundable once the monies are paid to the partnering tour operator. Each Tour/Trip may have specific Terms and Conditions and you must agree to these before purchase.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS:

Are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, the balance is subject to the cancellation policy of our tour operator and that of individual service providers in the respective countries we are travelling.

PRODUCED CONTENT:

All content produced by Star Magic Healing, including not limited to audio, video, and all other products and media, are subject to full copyright protection. Any use or republication of this content without the express written consent of Star Magic Healing is strictly prohibited

UML:

Once your 7-day free trial has ended and your first payment is taken, there are no refunds. You agree that it is your responsibility to be aware of the time of day and date your started your free 7-day trial because the first payment will be taken exactly 7 days later.

SIGNING STAR MAGIC HEALING’S CANCELLATION POLICY:

By purchasing any of our online products including Infinity and UML (University Of maximum Life), in person events and Facilitator Training Experiences or online events and Facilitator Training Experiences, you must read our cancellation policy and sign off the Cancellation Policy document before purchase, so both you (the client) and Star Magic Healing ( the service or product provider) are in agreement and this agreement is deemed final.

FT1 ACCREDITATION PATHWAY:

All sales are final. No refunds. No exceptions. Please review product details carefully before purchasing. You must have completed Facilitator Training Level 1 before attending this event.

GROUP HEALING EXPERIENCES:

Cancellation received at least 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the event will be issued a refund less a £35 administration fee plus international bank charges (if applicable)

Cancellation received within 4 weeks

1) If your spot is filled a credit note will issued for use against a future Star Magic Healing event

2) If your spot is not filled no refund and no customer credit will be given

3) No Show or Late Arrival for any reason forfeits your ticket. No refund and No customer credit in full or partial

4) Once you attend a Group Healing Event, no refunds will be given.

Before you attend any Group Healing Experience a Disclaimer must be signed. Failure to do so will result in a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
