Foot pain is a common issue with many people. There are many causes for foot pain. Some of the common causes of foot pain are: bad shoes, hammer toe, flat feet, tendonitis, running on hard surfaces, standing too long, plantar fasciitis, osteoarthritis, corns, bunions,fractures, bruises, sprain, strains, ingrown toenails, and peripheral neuropathy.
The typical alternative treatments for foot pain are ice/heat, olive or essential oil rub, massage/reflexology, ultrasound, low level laser therapy, acupuncture and epsom salt baths. Supplements such as MSM, glucosamine sulfate and aloe vera have proven to be helpful for some people.
Alternative Therapies
There are many alternative healing modalities which have been found to help foot pain such as acupuncture, chiropractic, laser therapy, cold/hot therapy, traction and massage as well those mentioned above.
All of these may be helpful but in my experience I found the fastest way to relieve foot pain is a modality called energy healing, in particular, Star Magic.
